The registration procedure consists of 4 pages.

2: Contact details.
3: Indicate your participation: Presenter, Exhibitor, Visitor, Sponsor, the presentation input such as title and abstract, and logo upload. Please have your abstract ready before proceeding with registration.
4: Participation order details. You can navigate directly to this page to review the participation fees. When your affiliation is based in the EU (other than NL) have your affiliation's VAT Registration Number ready, which is required. Without VAT number we have to assume you are a private person and in that case VAT is added to the bill. An option to provide a different billing address is also given.

Once registration is finalized and submitted, you will receive an email with registration confirmation, invoice, quotation and payment status.
